WHOLESALE ORDERING TERMS
Business Tax ID# or Sole Proprietor# - Must be submitted in order to qualify
for wholesale status.
Minimum - Our wholesale minimum is $100.
Payment Terms - We accept payment by check, money order, COD, Master Card and
Visa. For net-30 terms, send us a credit sheet with current references and
bank information for you business via e-mail, fax or regular mail.
Shipping Service - We ship by US Priority Mail which offers a 2-3 day service
to most destinations. You may also select US Express mail.
Delivery Time - When we confirm your order we will let you know what our
current delivery time is. It can vary from between one week to five weeks
depending on our order load. Let us know in the "notes" section of our order
form if you have a delivery time you would like us to meet.
Damaged Goods, Refunds, and Returns - If your purchase is damaged when you
receive it, we will replace it as soon as possible, credit your invoice or
refund your money.
Cash Refunds - We only exchange for credit.
Returns for Credit - We can do exchanges for credit. The sculptures you are
returning must be received in excellent condition to honor the exchange.
